Processing Time
Orders for ready-made garments are typically packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Within Australia
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post using prepaid satchels with tracking included.
Delivery timeframes are generally 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Parcels may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection, and a notification card will be left.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Australia Post prepaid satchels with tracking.
Estimated delivery time is 6+ business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.
We regularly ship to New Zealand, with reliable tracked delivery. Orders to other international destinations are also welcome.
International parcels may require a signature on delivery. If delivery is missed, your local postal service will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
