Just Audrey is an Australian Made female-owned fashion label, with every collection personally designed by Audrey. We create beautiful, wearable fashion in limited quantities using carefully selected fabrics, so you'll enjoy styles that feel special and aren't seen everywhere.

Every Just Audrey collection is designed in Australia with a focus on quality, comfort and timeless style.

Why are some styles available in limited quantities?

We produce many of our collections in small batches, allowing us to offer exclusive styles while maintaining quality and reducing excess stock. Once a style sells out, it may not be restocked.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size, add your items to your cart and proceed through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an email confirming your order shortly after your purchase has been completed.

Are your garments true to size?

Yes. Our garments are designed to fit according to our size guide. Individual product descriptions will also advise whether a style has a slim, regular or relaxed fit.

Where can I find the size guide?

Our size guide is available on every product page to help you select the best fit.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we recommend checking the product description, as some fabrics have more stretch than others. If you're still unsure, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are Free Shipping for Australian Orders over a calculated amount, other shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over a calculated amount.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Usually 3-5 days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and have all tags attached. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for complete terms and conditions.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

Yes of course you can. If your preferred size is available, we'll happily arrange an exchange. Please contact us before returning your item.

How do I return an item?

Please return your item using an Australia Post Prepaid Satchel with tracking. Return instructions can be found on our Returns Policy page.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are generally processed to your original payment method within a few business days of being received. You'll be notified by email once your return has been completed.

What fabrics do you use?

We carefully select quality fabrics for every collection, including natural fibres, synthetics and premium blends chosen for their comfort, durability and beautiful drape.

How do I care for my garments?

Please follow the care instructions on the garment label. Proper care will help your garments look beautiful for years to come. 

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some favourites do return, however most of our collections are produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked.
