Online Returns Policy
Items purchased from Just Audrey- Be Your True Reflection may be returned for a refund when,
-Goods are returned within 28 days
-Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice).
-Items are not marked as sale, special, discounted, no exchange or no returns.
-Items are in their original condition. Items have not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, without evidence of make-up, deodorant or perfume, washed or dry cleaned
-All tags are still intact.
-To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our designer garments, please ensure that all returned items are neatly folded and returned in a sealed plastic bag.. This helps safeguard the garments against potential damage during transit.
Non refundable/exchangeable items include earrings, hairclips, bags, items marked as sale, final sale, discounted items, no exchange/refund.
Do not Return any items without our written approval for returns.
We take great care in the design and quality of our garments. Please choose carefully, as we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or where items do not meet our return conditions.
How to return online orders
-Ensure all return conditions listed above have been met.
-Submit your return via info@justaudrey.com.au
-You will be issued a Return Authorisation. Please write the Return Authorisation on your return to be included in your return parcel.
-Return address: will be provided once your return is approved.
-Due to varying processing times between payment providers, online returns may take 2-7 business days to process into your account.
-You will receive an email from Just Audrey’s Customer Care Team when your refund has been processed.
-Return Shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
-Orders dispatched with paid postage or complimentary/free shipping, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping charges, & return shipping charges. Initial shipping charges vary starting from $10. The initial shipping charges ( Even when listed as FREE SHIPPING) will be deducted from the refund amount.
-For orders with paid shipping, the return shipping charges & initial shipping charges are non-refundable upon return.
-We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Just Audrey. Just Audrey takes no responsibility for missing return deliveries.
-We will assess and process your return if your item(s) are in line with the conditions outlined in the online returns section.
Faulty Returns
Please note: we quality check all our products before we dispatch them to ensure the garment you receive has no defects. In the unlikely event you need to return a faulty item.
Just Audrey online store accept returns if an item is faulty. Faulty returns are determined at the sole discretion of Just Audrey.
-Online order- Faulty item needs to be returned within 28 days of the purchase dat
-Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice)
-Where possible, we may elect to repair the item, exchange the item, or refund the item.
- Just Audrey will not offer return or repair for items where fault or damage has been intentional, caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for the item.
Please allow approximately 2-7 business days for your request to be processed.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where an item is deemed faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
