ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased from the True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey e-boutique may be returned for a refund when,
-Goods are returned within 28 days
-Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice).
-Items are not marked as Sale - No exchange or no returns.
-Items are in their original condition. Items have not be worn, altered, damaged, without evidence of make-up,deodorant or perfume, washed or dry cleaned
-All tags are still intact.
-To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our designer garments, please ensure that all returned items are neatly folded and returned in the sealed plastic bag it was packed in. This helps safeguard the garments against potential damage during transit.
Non refundable/exchangeable items include, earrings, items marked as sale, final sale, no exchange/refund.
HOW TO RETURN ONLINE
-Ensure all return conditions listed above have been met.
-Submit your return via info@justaudrey.com.au
-You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number. Please write the Return Authorisation Number on your return to be included in your return parcel.
-Return address: True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey, 84 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea, NSW, 2227. Australia
-Due to varying processing times between payment providers, online returns may take 2-7 business days to process into your account.
-You will receive an email from True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey’s Customer Care when your refund has been processed.
-Return Shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
-Orders dispatched with complimentary/free shipping, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping charges. (Initial shipping charges vary from $10.The initial shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
-For orders with paid shipping, initial shipping charges are non-refundable upon return
-We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey. True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey takes no responsibility for missing return deliveries.
-We offer a refund for online orders in store at True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey of full-priced items within 28 days of the dispatch date.
-We will assess and process your return if your item(s) are in line with the conditions outlined in the online returns section.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
We offer exchange or refund for full-priced items purchased in-store if
-Items are returned within 28 days
-Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice).
-Items are not marked as Sale , Final sale, No exchange or no returns.
-Items are in their original condition. Items have not be worn, altered, damaged, without evidence of make-up,deodorant or perfume, washed or dry cleaned

FAULTY RETURNS
Please note: we quality check all our products before we dispatch them to ensure the garment you receive has no defects.
Both True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey Retail store and online store accept returns if an item is faulty. Faulty returns are determined at the sole discretion of True Reflections Clothing by Just Audrey.

-Where possible, we may elect to repair the item, exchange the item, or refund the item.
